Generally my behavior and attitude with my students reflects those of educators. According to Pratt, educators strongly believe and emphasize the relationship between the student's self-concept and learning (T'Kenye, 2005). Their strengths lie in caring for their students and supporting and encouraging their individual efforts in a trusting and respectful environment (T'Kenye, 2005).
