Problem: After entering Spanish class, everyone starts talking and the teacher starts getting frustrated and giving us more work and homework than usual.• Names of the three techniques/problems -solve general approaches.1. General approach to creative problem solving.2. Control influence acceptance model (general approach to problem solving).3. Action Learning Set (general approach to problem solving).• Work on each model to solve my problem.1. Steps of the overall creative problem solving approach to solve my problem. Clarify: This means I need to explore my goal, asking questions and formulating a plan to solve my problem. For this step, I need to figure out why I have this problem with my teacher and what I can do to fix it.3. Action Learning defines the steps (general problem solving approach) to solve my problem. Reflect: This means I need to reflect on what the root cause of my problem is and why it occurred. For this step, I need to think back to when the problem with my teacher started to happen, what happened, and how my class helped make it happen. Learning: This means that after step 1 and after asking all those questions, I can think clearly about the cause of my problem and understand it, but learn from it. For this step, I need to understand that because we were talking so much during the lesson, our teacher had to give us some work and remain silent. Slowly: This means that after analyzing the root cause of my problem, I will be able to find some solutions to my problem, but don't implement them yet. For this step, I have to brainstorm solutions to my problem and choose the best solutions, such as stopping talking during class so that the teacher doesn't get angry with us or talking during class about school-related things, nothing' other1. For the general approach to creative problem solving, I had to look at my problem differently creatively and come up with a solution after doing a lot of brainstorming. 2. For the Control Influence Acceptance Model, I had to look at my problem differently with a mind-set that is aware of the factors causing my problem and the possible factors I may or may not be influencing. For the last general approach, i.e. Action Learning Sets, I had to look at my problem differently with a lot of critical and logical thinking to find a solution to my problem, which is sometimes difficult to achieve. All these techniques differ in the way they analyze and see the problem from another angle rather than solving it as we normally would. These techniques are different but they share the same goal of solving the problem but through different thought processes. • Do any of these techniques make me see my problem in a new light? No, because they all share the same purpose and similar solution to my problem. Their techniques to solve the problem are different but they analyze and brainstorm to get a solution
