Introduction Finding a home, business, school, or almost any other public building that doesn't have Internet access is becoming increasingly difficult these days. It is no surprise that the Internet is one of the most important technological developments: it facilitates communication, reduces costs for people and businesses and is an entertainment platform. All these benefits come at a price. Technology is making our lives easier but, at the same time, it is taking over our lives. The group that seems to be the most affected is the youth. By embracing new technologies, young people have abandoned old skills and old ways of life. This trend is rapidly making young people completely dependent on technology. The purpose of this research paper is to explain the impact of technology addiction on young people. First, the report will describe how the addiction develops. Secondly, the physical effects of this addiction will be discussed. Three psychological effects will be explained next. Finally, solutions and recommendations to deal with technology addiction will be discussed.2.
