Adolf HitlerAdolf Hitler was the leader of the NSDAP. NSDAP is also known as Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei. The NSDAP was created after the German Workers' Party was formed by German nationalists. NSDAP is a group composed of German nationalists and racist culture. Hitler wrote a book about this culture while he was in prison, which is the only racial culture. Today we would call the NSDAP “Nazi”. Hitler basically came to power thanks to his party. During the first financial crisis in the United States he made his party known. This financial crisis was the “Great Depression”. Hitler took advantage of the crisis and developed his political power. Hitler came to power and used his great leadership skills and made the Nazis the most fearsome in all of Germany. Hitler has great leadership skills. Meet the three elements necessary for leadership skills. It matches the phenomenon of the group having many followers. Many of his followers have read his book and believe in his goal. This leads to the second element which is goal directed and action directed. They would do everything possible to achieve the goal of the master race. To do this his party relied on expansionism and anti-Semitism. The third element would be the hierarchy within a group mentioned last in the textbook. He shows it best because he always has encounters and uses his special way due to his lack of confidence. All the orders he gives were given in person and in no other form. Even Hitler expects absolute obedience. Hitler may have leadership skills, but the next question arises: would you consider this effective leadership. Throughout history many people view famous people from history or victors as having effective leadership. The middle part of the paper disappeared so he became the supreme commander. Hitler had even more power and soon became concerned that his men might get too much of it. Due to Hitler's distrust, he used many dirty ways to deprive his own men of control. Within a year Hitler successfully replaced all his generals with new generals. He basically used them to fix the economy and kick them out when things get better. He may be a bad person in general, but his strategy works. It significantly reduced unemployment and brought Germany to its highest peak. Hitler entered World War II and went too far. He carried out a mass massacre known as the “Holocaust”. He basically killed 6 million Jews on the territories he conquered. His action aroused hatred among the Jews and the news of his crucial action. We can say that he brought Germany to its best and brought it to its worst after the defeat of the Second World War.
