The president will face many challenges during his presidency and foreign policy is not easy to deal with. The United States has a large budget, and only a small portion of it is devoted to foreign policy. Whether it's refugees or illegal immigrants or even uncooperative nations, the president will still be criticized for what he does. The United States will always have haters no matter what. Foreign policy is not easy to manage as not everyone will be happy with the decisions made by the next president. Whether creating more conflict or solving problems, the United States must pursue its own interests for security reasons, at the cost of making other countries angry at it.
