With the sheer amount of facial cleansing products available, it can be difficult for the consumer to choose the most beneficial facial cleanser for their skin type. This article will discuss three different types of facial cleansers. The first facial cleanser is Ocusoft Foaming Lid Scrub which is a non-irritating eyelid cleanser. The main ingredient of Ocusoft Foming Lid Scrub is water, which acts as a solvent that dissolves other substances. The second ingredient is PEG-80, a chemical emulsifier that helps products combine. The ninth ingredient is cinnamon extract which is also an antimicrobial. The tenth ingredient is lauramine oxide, which has antistatic properties, stimulates foam, perfumes and regulates viscosity. The eleventh ingredient is trieranolamine, an organic chemical compound that regulates pH and acts as an emulsifier. The twelfth ingredient is the C10-30 acrylate/alkyl acrylate cross polymer which is an emulsion stabilizer and viscosity increasing agent.
