Topic > David Taylor's Theories of Motivation - 1153

Motivation is an attempt made to ensure that desired goals are achieved. It can also be said as a drive to strengthen the spirit of how things work in an organization. Employees are an airliner capable of contributing time and energy and being able to receive motivational elements such as commitment, goals, organization and requirements. The managers of the organization will have to deal with the situation of employee problems and stress. Motivational problems among workers will jeopardize the performance of the organization. Therefore, as a manager of an organization should identify the problem of motivation wisely and intelligently among the workers who address the problem based on the theoretical methods that have been introduced. Regarding the motivation theory approach introduced by Fedrick Taylor, which emphasizes compensation or reward in the form of salary payments to individuals to encourage exceptional job performance. Hence the theory, we can find motivation problems faced by employees based on the performance of the framework which does not have the quality or quality of any form of products or activities required by the organization to achieve the goal. For example, employees often feel stressed and dissatisfied in doing things with negative emotions such as being lazy, undisciplined, uncaring and sensitive in a case happened in the organization. If this problem occurs, obviously, performance will suffer on a personal level, so organizational performance may be problematic. As managers, we should reevaluate the salary benefits provided to all employees in the organization. Employees will be shown that poor performance causes pay......half of paper......or effort and no expectation of the desired outcome for the next reward. The conclusion of the satisfaction of each employee really wants to achieve the goals and objectives designed to realize the living dream. Therefore, to ensure success in achieving these goals, motivation and organization are very important in order to strengthen oneself and the organization. If conscientiousness is associated with lack of motivation, then there will be a slowdown in productivity which will generate self-organization and productivity. However, we will not be able to avoid some of the problems that will arise. However, we must first identify the problem and try to solve it as a motivation in self-awareness based on the experiences encountered in the organization.http://2012books.lardbucket.org/books/an-introduction-to-organizational-communication/ s05-03- human-resource-theories.html
