As stated in the relationships domain, I believe that to be successful in the strategic domain you should be an active listener when absorbing information while using coaching or consulting techniques when teaching others why when you combine the two skills and can coach people through your thought process on how things are done while extracting information from the information you've actively listened to. We also learned about different learning styles during the self-awareness test. In this test I found that I use assimilative learning styles, which combines traits of reflective and abstract conceptualization to understand a large amount of information and puts it into simple forms to explain what they observed. Typically an assimilation student prefers to learn through lectures, reading, and research, which I have always felt more comfortable taking in class rather than online
