Not all constitutions are the same as the United States, many other countries are actually quite different except France. In some countries it is simply a description of the form of government and in less depth such as the United States Constitution. Our Constitution is a superior law that describes the limits of our government, protects the rights of citizens, and promotes the common good for the country. In unlimited government there are constitutions but they do not bring much good to the country because they do not bind those in power. However, the constitution of a limited government like that of the United States does not promise that every rule will be correctly followed or obeyed at all times, by everyone, not even by the government. In order for it to be properly enforced by the government, the best way for this to happen is for citizens to follow the laws and guidelines of the constitution and not threaten the power or rules of the government. If this happened and people respected the Constitution, a civil society would have to be created and everyone's society protected
