This semester of kinesiology helped me make my decision about what I want to do in my career choice. By educating me about the human body and how muscles work together, which is not just the study of human movement but the physical but also mental aspect, Kinesiology describes and explains daily activities, cardiovascular training or strength training, voluntary and involuntary movements and combining them with anatomy, physical education and the psychological and sociological aspect, as well as providing knowledge in my future career as a personal trainer, bodybuilder and biomedical engineer. I am interested in learning more about the human body and kinesthetic movements, how muscles grows. I have been training for two and a half years to become a professional bodybuilder, kinesiology gives me more information to use in my workouts to be a better bodybuilder. I was obese in high school and in my freshman year of college, playing high school and college football, along with strength and conditioning classes I was a big kid. In football I was required to gain weight, coaches told us to eat more and more: my high school weight was 245 pounds, college weight 300 pounds. I knew it wasn't healthy, so I made a change and decided to be healthier by quitting football. My passion for bodybuilding began. At school they never really explained to me how the body works, I didn't have the knowledge I have today. I wish my high school had educated us more about the human body, diet, kinesiology, schools should take the time to educate children to become healthier living longer lives and for those who play sports to gain healthy weight. As a personal trainer I intend to educate people who don't know where to start and train them to heal...... middle of paper......g products to improve the human body in producing muscles without consequences for that person and possibly even help cure diseases and genetic deficiencies that have not yet been cured. After obtaining a master's degree in Biomedical Sciences. I plan to apply for a lab job for a body building nutritional supplement company and develop new ways to help muscles individually and the entire anatomy of the body change completely for better health and a higher quality of life . If that didn't happen, I would apply for a government job. Depending on where I work and my years of experience, my salary ranges from $80,920 per year and could go up to $142,800 dollars per year. I'm not too far from my goal of doing something I love. If I become a professional bodybuilder, I plan to develop my own supplement line by combining my degree and my passion for bodybuilding.
