Leadership, as shown in the video, is very broad. Leadership brings people together and influences them to work together as one to achieve a common goal or vision. It can be the promoter of world peace, a powerful innovation or even the initiator of war. Leadership, in both cases, requires someone to do what they love to do because leaders excel in their own ways and in their own fields of interest. Every day we meet leaders, some from religious organizations, some from political parties, school organizations, professional organizations and some from rebel organizations. In the video, being a leader is mainly shown in how one reacts to society and the environment as a whole. A leader must have a clear mission and sense of purpose so that he or she can foster leadership when chaotic opinions and situations emerge. Member roles must be clearly defined and the relevance of each must be disseminated. A leader emphasizes the vision so that the team can imagine and follow through on what they wanted to accomplish in the long term. Additionally, a leader must set short-term goals and monitor the progress of each member or team. Adherence to strategic and tactical plans requires perseverance to achieve the desired outcome. Consistently achieving weekly goals will allow the leader to monitor the team's performance, the effectiveness of their leadership and how far they are from the goal. Furthermore, expertise is an important factor for successful leadership as it demonstrates that a leader must be expert or specialized in his or her chosen field of interest to quickly grasp the necessary information and respond responsively to resolve concerns and constraints. Therefore, the video reminds us of the different aspects of leadership: some are born leaders, some are not, some are capable of leading but do it wrong, some are aspirants. leaders and some are warriors. Therefore, leadership, in its broad form, has no limitations of age, hours, rich or poor, racial and gender discrimination and nothing at all. The challenges, mentioned above, are all manageable, it really just depends on how you perceive and deal with the obstacles because every problem has solutions. Leadership can actually start anywhere, anytime by anyone – you just need to find the passion and courage to stand firm and lead.
