IntroductionAccording to Wray et al. (1996), human relations involve the inclusion of people in the organization. Organization in this concept could mean a workplace or an institution of any other nature. This is usually aimed at promoting harmony among individuals in the organization. For the organization, according to Wray et al. (1996), human relationships ensure better productivity among individuals. Therefore, if the organization is business oriented, income usually increases. On the other hand, human relationships guarantee the economic, psychological and social satisfaction of individuals. It is this satisfaction that leads to improved productivity. In an organized work environment, satisfied workers will more likely produce more than dissatisfied workers. The correct understanding of human relational skills is very important for everyone in every field. Since human relations affects every field, development plans will depend greatly on human relations skills. Therefore, the field of human relations will have a great impact on the future, and in particular on 2015, the year in which the Millennium Development Goals will be achieved. How the Field of Human Relations Will Impact 2015 Every field requires careful use of interpersonal skills. In the workplace, workers benefit from the wages and salaries they receive from the organization. On the other hand, the organization benefits from the skills possessed by the workers. As such, interpersonal skills represent the transferable skills that the organization expects from the worker. Technical skill without interpersonal competence does not possess the power to extract expertise in a worker or potential worker. According to Wray et al.
