Topic > Interview Report for Interview - 1016

One thing that struck me was the illegal questions; such as questions related to disabilities and relationships. I learned that an interviewer cannot question someone about their disabilities, which would make it difficult to complete a task or unable to do the job. I also learned that when faced with an illegal issue, the best way to handle it is not to ignore it; but say "I would prefer not to answer that question." Because I learned in class that an interviewer asking about a disability is illegal, I now think that I shouldn't have openly admitted that I have dyslexia during the interview. Also, I learned some tips on how to present yourself in an interview. For example, it's okay to control your environment by moving your chair closer to the interviewer's desk and making eye contact with him.
