Topic > Biographical Sketch - 630

I would start this article with a joke, but for once I would take something seriously. The day the world became brighter was December 8, 1999, the day I was born. The doctors thought I would be born deaf; I am extremely happy to be where I am today. The woman who gave birth to me is my mother, I know what you're thinking, why don't you have the same last name as her? Even though, to answer your rhetorical question, I am named after my father, thank God people don't call us by the same name. I live with 3 other brothers, 2 sisters and a brother, I don't want to name them because they are bad, really bad. As you should already know, I'm truly one of the nicest and funniest people you could meet on this campus (the only one with swag). Now that we've got my family out of the way, we can talk about me! We can definitely start by talking about my hobbies and interests. When I did a biographical sketch in fifth grade, before I started loving basketball, I was really into video games. For example, I loved video games like a fat kid loves cake. Yes, it was an odd simile, but do you understand where I'm coming from? Now that I've grown up, I've realized that there's more to the world than just playing video games. They have sports, music, food (for you fat kids) just to name a few hobbies. A big part of my life now is music, I love music. People assume I really like rap because I rapped a few times at some school dances, I'm not a rapper. On the other hand, as you all know, I am a huge basketball fan. I'm not as good as the others on my team, but I know the game as well as the good players. When it comes to talking about the NBA, no one can really argue with me, because I'm untouchable on and off the court. Like me… in the middle of the paper… “YOLO”, or pointing out that they have “mashtags” for the next generation. I hope the next generation can be better than this one. When I was younger I didn't have a great childhood. First It's not so easy to be fat. I was fat, really. I looked like a giant marshmallow walking around in a jacket in 99 degree weather trying to cover the grease, it didn't work well. Besides being fat, I was once bullied for a couple of years, they weren't the best years for me either. From those difficult years of my life, I learned a lot from those difficult moments. I've learned to ignore negativity, I've felt it all my life, it doesn't scare me when I hear it now. I know it's hard to ignore, but it's worth it. God got people through those hard times so everyone can learn from them and use them later in my life. If you're one of my closest friends, you know that I don't let anything get to me
