175) My insights into motivation were a bit of a surprise to me. I think I had blinders on when it came to this topic, but once I delved deeper into the topic I was able to admit that I am more motivated by rewards and structures that allow me to level up for power and influence. If you were to ask me what my self-awareness is, I would definitely tell you it's above average. It turns out I have a normal level of self-awareness, which was a bit of a surprise. I don't throw caution to the wind. The mistakes I have made in the past have illuminated my self-awareness.
