Author and professor Shelley Reid explains three principles or writings: "write about what you know, what you are curious about." This quote describes the main reason for my writing. Whenever I feel sad about something or someone feels my feelings, I like to write about it. For example, I wrote a story about the death of my older brother who agrees in a car accident, even though I didn't see it, but I still see it in my eyes. Although the story is based on an unseen relationship, if you read it you will believe it is a true story. On the other hand, I also like to write about the happy moments in my life. For example, I wrote a short history of my arrival in the United States. This story starts from the day I was leaving my country. The story includes all the details of my trip to the United States. Not to mention I wasn't a good writer back then, but I wrote it anyway. As I started to learn more rules and how to connect a sentence to another sentence. That's when I started rewriting my stories to make sure the reader could understand what I'm trying to say. Because writing means having a clear idea (the thesis) so that the reader can understand what it is about
