Later in life, "Beethoven began to lose his hearing when he was young...Beethoven tried many treatments and devices, such as ear trumpets, to improve his hearing. He did not worked... In his frustration and desperation, he considered killing himself... Even though he struggled to hear, Beethoven began to accept his deafness.”10 When Beethoven became deaf he was struggling to see the meaning of life. Praise God that there is a God who cares for us and is always there for us. Even though Beethoven was deaf, “he continued to write music, and many people believe that some of his best music was written after he became deaf.”11 Deaf people can do just as much as hearing people.
