I read a book called SilverFin, written by Charlie Higson, published by Puffin Books on March 3, 2005, in the UK. It is the first book in the Young Bond series about Ian Fleming's superspy James Bond as a teenager in the 1930s. SilverFin was divided into three parts, excluding the prologue. In the prologue, it is said that a boy whose school he does not mention was attacked by eels while they were fishing in Loch Silverfin, which caused a cut. First, we write about James Bond's first day at Eton College. There he met the son of an Indian Royal-Pritpal. They became good friends and lived in a dormitory together with his other friend, a Chinese boy named Tommy Chong. Bond also began contacting George Hellebore, an American who is three years older than James. His father, Lord Randolph Hellebore, is an arms dealer who sold weapons to many countries after the First World War. It is known that Lord Hellebore knew Bond's father, he came to Eton to manage and run the boys' “Hellebore Cup”. The competition includes three events: shooting, swimming and running. It is said that George will win, however, Andrew Carlton, an unexpected competitor, has come up with a way to beat him. Bond ranks seventh in shooting, third in swimming and first in running. During the racing section, Lord Hellebore tried to help his son cheat in order to win, unfortunately Bond saw him taking a shortcut and so followed him on the next lap. He then tried to trip James with his leg to make him fall but he loses his balance and falls. Secondly, we're talking about spring break. James went to Scotland to visit his aunt Charmian and his uncle Max. While he was going to Scotland, a friend of James named "Red" who is traveling to the same place...... middle of paper..... .through, with the help of Wilder Lawless, only to return shortly later with George Hellebore as a partner to destroy Lord Randolph's laboratory. George is increasingly angry at his terrible father and his job, and secretly wants to be with his mother more than anything. The two destroy the laboratory and are then greeted by Lord Hellebore who aimed to kill them both. Hellebore attacks them with a rifle. However, Algar intercedes at the last moment and forces himself and Hellebore into Loch Silverfin. Algar was wounded by his brother's rifle and his blood attracts eels which kill both brothers while they are fighting. James was ruined by a lung infection and exhaustion shortly afterwards and for ten days lay dead. When he regains consciousness, he discovers that George has returned to America to be with his mother, and that his Uncle Max has died and left James his car..
