The reason for my conclusion is that I thought that if I stopped attending church, Satan would leave me alone for once and redirect his attention to someone else's ! If you ask me, this made perfect sense to me at the time. However, some people said that when you walk your spiritual journey, it will be like "walking in a field of flowers", a bit like baptism, because you have given your life to God and God will create a barrier around you. you who would deflect Satan's power which will essentially make you immune. As I grew in faith and as stated above, I realized that the statement is not necessarily true, because the devil will make you suffer and you will feel like you have no hope. Therefore, my life became hell and I wanted to escape from it, but there was nowhere to go except to face the worst.
