Biological processes can influence child behavior from a physically or sexually abusive and neglectful parent; being a drug addict or alcoholic and/or getting divorced. Children are constantly influenced by everyone around them, from the media to their peers. But those who affect children the most would be parents. Parents all over the world abuse their children physically, sexually and neglect them which is a form of abuse. This can have disastrous consequences as children grow up. This could have major consequences in the future, because they are unable to find a job that supports them financially. Living in these conditions can compromise children's health. They themselves may become involved in drugs and alcohol, under the influence of their parents. Statistics state that “75 percent of children living in such homes do not abuse drugs or alcohol directly and simply
