Since a culture's moral system is built on the survival of its people (as explained above), their actions should only serve the interest of their people to be taken into consideration be morally good. An example of this is war or invasion of other countries for slaves and materials. These actions within their respective cultures are generally morally permissible since they serve the survival of people, and the survival of other societies is only a concern if they can serve to benefit that culture.
