The CNN article “Pollution is Driving Foreign Executives Out of China,” by Charles Riley, concerns foreign policy and businesses around the world. They complain of “having problems” due to “growing concerns about intense air pollution” in China. China is by far the country with the worst pollution problem internationally. Eventually, global warming will get much worse and there will be nothing more we can do about it. CNN says “more” people are complaining about “choking air pollution, contaminated food and water.” Some people are taking steps to reduce pollution, such as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Their main goal is to minimize pollution so that the activity does not become a risk factor. These actions include a proposal that will mandate coal reductions. Their proposal states that it is “designed to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from existing coal plants by up to 30%,” according to the Washington Post. The hardest part of this mission would be convincing China to reduce its coal consumption, since most of China's development is driven by coal. For now, however, the EPA has focused only on the United States and its coal plants. By 2030, the agency seeks a complete natural gas plant
