Topic > Lucifer Poem: Breaking the Laws of Heaven - 978

These laws are supposed to be there to "protect" us and we are forced to accept it. We can accept or reject it both as an individual and as part of a mass. However, with rejection comes consequences, as we have seen in this poem. This theme could also be nature versus nurture. This means that society has been given fixed laws, whether or not you choose to believe or follow them is how you see society. In this poem we are shown that Lucifer rebelled against Heaven, most likely because he did not believe in the laws of Heaven and was therefore kicked out. There is always a consequence for you
