During this period, the whole world is facing one of the biggest problems, global warming. Global warming increases the average level of the earth's temperature, caused by two main phenomena; increasing levels of greenhouse gases worldwide and depleting ozone in the atmosphere. Greenhouse effect made up of different groups of gases that we know as greenhouse gases. In general, the levels of these gases were controlled by nature, so the level of greenhouse gases was constant and in the appropriate amount, but due to human activities such as burning fossil fuels, intensive agriculture and global overpopulation they take on a role and disturb nature. activity. They were increasing the level of greenhouse gases around the world. Ozone depletion occurs when the ozone layer becomes thinner and thinner due to certain types of gases such as chlorofluorocarbon (CFC). This means that the greenhouse effect and ozone depletion, interrelated, are the main cause of global warming. Greenhouse gases have both advantages and disadvantages. Greenhouse gases are the different types of gases that can absorb solar radiation in the atmosphere such as carbon dioxide, methane and water vapor. About 75% of radiation from the sun is absorbed by greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Furthermore, about 50% of the radiation absorbed by greenhouse gases was radiated downwards towards the Earth's surface. So, due to this phenomenon, the overall temperature of the Earth is limited to the adequate amount for which all living things can be lived. However, greenhouse gases could pose a major problem if they were to become excessive. Since with the industrial revolution came human activities, the comb of fossil fuels... middle of paper... the temperature around the Earth, the job is to make sure the earth doesn't cool down to the point where which living beings can no longer survive therefore we cannot live in an atmosphere without this type of gas.
