Is free healthcare really free? Is healthcare provided by the government really free or not? Free public healthcare – sometimes Universal healthcare usually refers to a healthcare system that provides free healthcare and financial protection to all of its citizens. Free or universal healthcare is against the 1st and 9th amendments. It is against the 1st Amendment because people see it as a violation of the right to assembly. It is against the 9th Amendment because there are more rights for Americans than those provided in the Constitution. Free/universal healthcare has been a more desired thing for the less fortunate because it covers everything a normal person needs so they don't have to worry about losing healthcare and not being able to go to the hospital.
