In this section, I will further mention some situations and how this situation demonstrates responsibility that is reflected in the dimensions of my personality, including the conditions of communication, diversity awareness, decision making and problem solving. First I will indicate some of the situations I experienced as a student and then I will develop them with the situation I faced in the internship program as an employee. When I entered HCT I experienced many situations that improved my character and honed my skills. First, since I learned in the information what are the priorities and elements that should be included in a professional email to my teachers or colleagues, it shows me the differences between the normal emails I would send to my friend and the e -email I would send to a teacher. Politely greeting the teacher by name and title, indicating the subject of the e-mail by writing its purpose, choosing the words and briefly explaining why I am sending this e-mail is no less important because it could reduce the courtesy towards those who reserved the 'email in other... middle of paper... fast, Teamwork, Self-directed learning. I always have the feeling of curiosity to know and learn new things, I am also open to new ideas, I believe in the ideas of all the members of the group. The second is conscientiousness, I like to keep everything under control and organized, systematic and punctual. Third Self-efficacy: I believe I can successfully carry out a specific task, for example an individual project. There are many reasons that the hiring manager may be interested in me, as I mentioned above, I have many strengths: knowledge-based skills, transferable skills and personal traits skills, the results obtained through my studies, my goals and the challenges I am willing to accept, the most important thing is that I am not going to apply for a job just because it is available. I would apply for jobs that I am 100% sure I like and will engage in creatively.
