Being culturally diverse is highly valued in the growing global workforce. Ability to apply To become culturally diverse, I would like to consider traveling to another country or joining educational societies. Being around people of different races and backgrounds will allow me to have a better understanding of society as a whole. Learning a new language like Spanish would also help me be more diverse. I already have a basic understanding of Spanish, however, if I could speak fluently, it would be a great skill to market myself to future employers. To become familiar with the European and global markets, I will have to do some research on my own.
