Motivation is a reason to behave in a particular way. In other words, motivation comes from motive and motivate which means individual need, desire or we can say psychological factors that stimulate people's behavior. Mr. Ferrell always thinks that Amy tries to avoid her responsibilities. These days theory-X is already out of fashion, so no organization tries to follow theory-X. Looking at all these styles, ways of controlling, controlling clients from time to time or even threatening them if necessary, here Mr. Ferrell is using the Theory-X motivational approach with Amy.
