Catholic people said that Duterte must apologize to God because of his wrong actions and sinful words. In my opinion, Duterte should put aside his pride to regain the trust of his people. Why did Duterte call his god perfect even though he is not? He couldn't even know what our God did just to make us alive and live in the world. He also compared what kind of god our God is and what his is. He didn't even think about what impression his people would have on him and he didn't even bother to think about what he did. There are so many people in the world who believe in God but yet there is always someone who will destroy him for their own sake and what they believe in. He disobeyed the god who suffers only to lose our sins and forgave us all the sins we committed. Duterte is a person who did not respect the Catholic God and now maybe there is someone against him who might disrespect him as president. Catholics may not know some things about the people in their church, but they have respect for every person within this country. Duterte was elected 2 years ago, but he didn't have enough wisdom on how to make his country peaceful in a positive way. For me, we must live in a country with a good leader, so Duterte must adapt his attitude and the way he manages his country and also his people. We people already have our own sins in life, but we also have the right to correct the sins we have committed. All people have many personalities, but our bad deeds can be corrected if we have control over every move we make. We must think before we speak and worry about what its effect might be on the people around us.
