Topic > Anchor's Ideas on Success and Failure - 846

Life is about success and failure. No one is always successful and no one is always a failure. Therefore, it doesn't make much difference whether people are successful or not. The most important thing is simply how people deal with failure. When someone fails in their attempt to do something, they often feel upset. Some people may give in to failure and wince. But others will stick with it and achieve ultimate success. However, according to Achor's theory, failure means finding the way out and out of the negative events in our lives. As he says, if we are able to conceive of failure as an opportunity for growth, we are all the more likely to experience that growth. He also explains that failing means using downward momentum to push us in the opposite direction. It's about using obstacles and adversity to become even happier, even more motivated, and even more successful. It's not falling, it's falling. As for me, I totally agree with his theory because failure is a good teacher who lets me know what mistakes I make, and failure can always be an opportunity for me to improve myself, the last thing is being willing to accept that failure leads me to succeed. In my eyes, failure can be a good teacher that helps us be better the second time around. In Achor's research, he explains that every setback represents an opportunity for development, we can teach ourselves to see and use (111). In his example, the Coca-Cola company, which is a failed three-product company. The company highlights all these failures to let investors know that sometimes mistakes would be made and sometimes money would be lost, but valuable lessons are gained from the failure to help the sustainable development of the paper center. .....reaping success. Success will be achieved after many failures as long as we are willing to face and learn the lessons from our failures. It is true that failure is an important factor in success. The road to success is full of various difficulties and obstacles. History teaches me that many important inventions or discoveries are achieved after hundreds of failures. And no one would always be a failure. Thunderstorms always give way to sunshine. Winter always turns into spring. So if our storm passes, our winter will melt. We will not be far from success if we have faced many failures. In conclusion, from Achor's theory, I know that failure is not only a teacher who teaches people to draw a lesson from every failure, but also gives people a chance to achieve greater improvement, the last thing is that failure makes people successful. That's why I agree with Achor's ideas.
