Personal start:-When I was 8 years old I got 100 out of 100 in mathematics and when my class teacher announced the results the whole class stood up and applauded, I will never be able to forget that overwhelming moment in my life, I was so happy and torn, and that day I realized the importance of education in life. My parents were unable to study after high school due to financial restrictions, but they always taught me the importance of higher education to imagine and pursue goals. My family has been very supportive throughout the journey and has constantly motivated me to realize my potential to the fullest by providing me with a conducive environment for studying and encouraging me in my endeavours. During high school, I enjoyed two things: mathematics and extracurricular activities, these activities helped me gain team skills, stress management skills and social relationship skills. (About 100 words) After completing my graduation in 2010, I joined Wipro Technologies as a project engineer in the banking and finance group. I was initially required to complete multiple training sessions on banking fundamentals, mergers and acquisitions, securities, etc. As a software engineer, such training sessions helped me understand the basics of finance. The first year of my work was completely focused on analyzing application issues and improving application performance, my team successfully implemented maintenance release which helped 2000 users worldwide and contributed to earn a rating of 9.8 out of 10 on the CSAT survey. In early 2012, I received the role of lead developer for a project, which aimed to create a new billing framework for Wipro Technologies. It has been an arduous and rigorous task for me to understand and implement a completely new f... medium of paper... leadership, teamwork, ethics and communication that are essential for effective and efficient management. Because the MBA program attracts people from very different industries and cultures. A program should be able to exploit these differences and translate them into learning opportunities. I also expect the first-year curriculum to provide core courses that can help build a solid foundation for the required Finance major courses. My motivation for obtaining an MBA is twofold: (1) to gain the financial and managerial skills to run a non-profit enterprise and (2) to prepare for an eventual return to India, where I will start a non-profit organization to help entrepreneurs to develop and implement their ideas in the education sector. Ultimately, I hope to make a significant contribution to India's education sector by creating jobs and building community spirit.
