The reason why I am writing this state report is to tell some facts about the history of Mississippi. Mississippi is famous for shrimp, cotton, and the state's famous river. African Americans in Mississippi couldn't vote because they couldn't register to vote. They must fill out a questionnaire asking registrants to interpret the Mississippi Constitution.
