The Man Who Drew Rabbits It was January 13, 1995 when it happened. On that harsh winter evening there were several witnesses who claimed to have seen a man dive into a body of frozen water to his death. The man's body discovered the next day was "supposedly" the last form of art performed by the late William Johnson. His death remains a mystery to this day as it has never been known why he did it, there is only speculation. However, after a thorough investigation, the police found no answers and ruled his death a suicide. Raymond Johnson, best known for his collages in the days of early Pop art, has simply never been a household name. Instead, the film How to Draw a Bunny proclaims him "New York's most famous unknown artist."
