To begin with, the research will use these scales and apply to employees in different organizations to identify servant leaders in an organization. Even some established servant leaders like Kisan Baburao 'Anna' Hazare and the like will be identified with the snowball technique. Defining valid measures provides an important element for generating inclusive categories. Therefore, my research uses 2 scales to identify the Servant Leader.
