Should people think that eating organic food is necessary to be an environmentally friendly individual? People have become more aware of environmental issues, and many people are choosing to resist and even change their lifestyle if necessary to help the Earth's sustainability and people's health. People have taken environmentally friendly actions such as purchasing organic food. Purchasing organic food is considered a key action to support organic farming and organic products. Organic foods are completely made without the use of pesticides, fertilizers, antibiotics or growth hormones; therefore, organic foods are 100% natural. On the other hand, conventional foods are often treated with chemicals or antibiotics. Organic livestock are fed organically and given an organic lifestyle that includes freedom of movement outdoors and fresh air under sunlight (Smith-Spangler, Crystal, et al 2012). "The term "organic" refers to the use of renewable resources, land management including maintenance of water systems and soil, the limited application of synthetic chemicals and the absence of certain prohibited substances such as hormones, sewage sludge or bioengineered products. Furthermore, it is prohibited to treat agricultural land used for organic crops with synthetic pesticides for at least 3 years before harvest” (USDA 2006, 7 CFR 205.2, 7 CFR 205.105) (Wunderlich, Shahla M., et al 2008) . , fruits and other organic products labeled "organic" are supplied by the organic agricultural production system and do not have an explicit health or nutrition claim, so these products are testable and not guaranteed (Wunderlich, Shahla M., et al 2008).
