The Internet is becoming a platform in its own right. It's a stepping stone to an unknown direction. The Internet has become so vast that today there are several versions of it. The different versions of the web are Web 1.0, Web 2.0, the main topic of this article, and Web 3.0. Web 1.0 is all about sharing information. It's very bland and just gets across what was needed. Thus the Internet was born. Web 2.0 means sharing information through interaction. For me this means social media in some way. The website you are accessing has a way of interacting with users either through comments or freebies on the web. Web 3.0 is the server that interacts with the individual on a particular website.
