Ad Analysis: Garnier BB Cream Promising "perfect" skin in just 30 seconds, the product ad under review is Garnier BB Cream . The main claim of this ad is that this is the first ever BB cream to give you flawless skin in 30 seconds. Along with this claim, this product claims to have a “miracle formula” that will even, cover, brighten, hydrate, and protect your skin. While all of these statements sound promising, sometimes there needs to be room to actually interpret them. While all of these statements may seem true, they actually contain explicit statements. The reason these statements are explicit is because they simply cannot be measured. While this product may give the consumer “perfect” skin, there is actually no set scale or standard, nor is it even remotely possible to achieve perfection. Another claim of this product that cannot be measured is that it is an "all in one" miracle; however, last time I checked miracles couldn't be packed into one cosmetic product.
