Personality, the characteristics of yourself by which others may judge you as an individual, puts you in a sort of box. Is personality important to society? Some of the strengths and weaknesses of my personality. How will my personality help me at work or in my career? Will personality stop a person from making money? Personality is somehow important in all these topics to become a factor in society. Personality is important to society, in my opinion personality can be important to pursue your dreams and get the right connections to make money. If you are reserved you will always remain in a shell, you will not talk to people and you will not make friends. These types of people usually keep to themselves and some might stay in the same position at work. Because, nowadays, in work you have to be very talkative to advance in a company or to acquire customers. Personally, I have made strides within the company in terms of personality and work ethic. I was very proud of myself for this. I have an ENTJ personality and this was for testing, I guess that means something. I have researched that ENTJ personalities are charismatic, rational, quick-thinking people and meant to inspire people. I think this personality fits me somewhat because I love driving and often think about starting my own business one day. It takes money and time to do it, but one day I will. I love inspiring people and helping other people, especially young children. Kids today need that inspiration to build a better tomorrow and stop all the violence. I am also very confident in completing difficult tasks, large or small. My weakness is that I don't have great communication skills, I tend to respond or listen to discussion topics only...... middle of the paper...... I speak from the heart. Personality is important in a way, but we shouldn't base our lives on it just to please other people or to be accepted by society. we should make money and be happy, achieve our goals and be successful.
