The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution is that "a well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Additionally, gun control laws and policies are used throughout the world. Some countries, such as the United Kingdom, have very strict limits on gun ownership while others, such as the United States, are less strict regarding gun ownership. weapons In some countries, the topic is debatable where some consider the dangers of widespread gun ownership, and opponents consider gun ownership as an individual right of self-protection and individual freedom in general Many studies have been conducted on the question of whether firearms should be legal or strictly legalized, and there is a marked dissimilarity between people's opinions on this matter. From my point of view, guns should be strictly legalized based on three main points : Guns used for self-defense, criminals kill, not guns, and owning guns is a practice of personal freedom. First, self-defense has always been a unique thing. strong case for allowing gun ownership in the United States. According to Ratnesar (1998), firearms were used for self-defense purposes more than two million times per year, and less than 5% of the time defenders were injured after using the weapons. In other words, in 95% of cases firearms were used positively and successfully, which shows how defensive use of firearms could help save many people's lives. On the other hand, we can imagine what would happen to those defenders if they had no weapons to protect themselves. Furthermore, in 10 states that passed the right to curry with a gun, the average homicide rate dropped to 8%, rape to 7%, and aggravating... to mid-paper.... In summary, they are strongly support the strict legalization of gun ownership because many people use it for self-defense, guns are just tools, and as a right to personal freedom. However, the forbidden fruit is sweet, so I believe that banning firearms is not the best action to support. However, firearms could be used for both peaceful and criminal purposes. Therefore, governments should start educating people about guns and crime and create a peaceful environment especially among the young generation in order to eliminate the criminal use of guns.
