Topic > A career as a nurse anesthetist - 888

This is important to me because it would mean that I am one step away from becoming an expert nurse, according to Benner's clinical proficiency stages. In July 2020, I plan to start a new career as a nurse anesthetist, this is very important to me because it has always been my goal to practice anesthesia, as it allows me to work at a higher level of nursing and ensure the Patient pain is managed during certain medical procedures. Strengths and area in which improvement is sought On the path to becoming a professional my strengths have been continuous motivation and dedication to improve my training. I have a constant desire to continue to improve my critical thinking skills and plan to continue my education until I obtain a Master's Degree in Nursing Anesthesia. My family contributes to my strengths, as they always motivate me mentally and financially throughout my education journey. Having worked for over 6 years in hospital, my strength comes from extensively developed healthcare skills, knowledge, training and experience, with the ability to manage and intervene in emergency situations, with essential skills to operate under pressure. I look forward to better managing school-induced stress and continuing to improve my time management
