I realized that I eat a large amount of meat and this has affected the saturated fat category in the report. I fell into the under category in the part relating to dietary fibre; therefore, I plan to replace some of the saturated fat with dietary fiber to achieve a balance between these two categories. I have learned that I need to eat foods rich in calcium, potassium and magnesium. After some research, I found out that I can get it by drinking more milk and eating more fish. I discovered that I wasn't consuming fish on a regular basis; so, I plan to introduce that food into my diet. Additionally, I reiterated that they rank well in many categories such as total fat, sodium, copper, and potassium. I have also found that I am in good standing in the amount of calories I consume daily. I want to lose weight; so I want it to always be under 2000 calories. I averaged 1762 calories over three days; therefore, I achieved my goal. Additionally, I was surprised at the amount of empty calories I consumed. Even though I was consuming a good amount of calories per day, I was consuming about 340 empty calories per day. I'm planning to reduce the amount of empty calories I consume in the
