I started to be more extroverted by changing my verbal and non-verbal communication methods. I looked more people in the eye and for longer periods of time than before, and I also talked a lot more than before. I have managed to break out of my shyness to be a very outgoing person who can talk to anyone, and I talk to anyone and everyone. For example, I have been told by people that I can talk to anyone and everyone. I made myself that way, and it's a big part of my personality. I also knew that extroverted people do well in life, and I turned into someone who takes risks and speaks up when offered something.
